Dear Incoming 7th Grade Families,
Thank you to everyone who was able to attend our 6th grade Parent/Guardian Night! It was great to meet many of you and we are so excited to work with you in the fall!
At this time the PowerSchool Portal is ready for you to select courses. Please do not use the mobile app. Please go directly to the PowerSchool website in order to see the Course Registration process (ps.wethersfield.k12.ct.us).
If you haven’t had a chance to log in to PowerSchool yet, the instructions we previously sent out are listed below.
Once you can log in to your account, please follow the instructions PDF here to select courses. As a reminder, please select a World Language your child is interested and unfamiliar with.
Additionally, please prioritize your Unified Arts selects by selecting your priority UA choices in the “primary” selection, and identifying backup UA courses in the “alternate” section in the event your primary choices reach maximum capacity.
We ask for families to complete this process by Wednesday April 29th. Thank you!

Logging in to PowerSchool
The first step is to access the login page on a laptop/desktop. Please navigate to:
ps.wethersfield.k12.ct.usBecause you are accessing your account for the first time, you have to set a password. Please click on “Forgot Username or Password” and follow the prompts to reset your password:
Your email address is the same as the one you provided when registering your student or when submitting the most recent yearly biographical update
Your username is the same as your email address
You should receive a “Password Reset” email:
Please click on the link in that email and create your password
Once you have created a password, please try logging in
