IMPORTANT 1095-C INFORMATION FOR THE 2026 TAX YEAR
Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), large employers are required to offer health insurance coverage to full-time employees and to provide Form 1095-C documenting that coverage was offered. This form reports coverage offered during the 2026 tax year.
Please note: This is the final year that Form 1095-C will be automatically printed and distributed. Beginning next year, forms will be printed by request only. An email reminder will be sent with instructions on how to request your 2026 Form 1095-C.
This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
