**NEW PAYROLL OPTIONS FOR TEACHERS**:

We are now offering three different payment plan options for WFT during open enrollment with forms available in Frontline Central (Payment Plan - Teachers) for the following school year. 

You must choose your payment option during open enrollment.

• 1/21: Your annual salary is divided into 21 equal payments and distributed between September and June.

• 1/26: Your annual salary is divided into 26 equal payments and distributed between September and June. An additional "Balloon" payment worth 5 pays is processed on or before the last day of school.

• 1/26 C:  Your annual salary is divided into 26 equal payments and distributed between September and August. This is where you receive a payroll year-round, through the summer, and no balloon is issued.

• The 26 Continuous option is available beginning this September 2025 with a final payment made in August of 2026.

Participation in this benefit is voluntary and is not combined with the mandatory pension benefit provided by the Board. If you would like to begin contributing to a Wethersfield 403(b) plan, you must first establish an account with an approved provider.
