Payroll Calendar (2025-2026)
From the Business Office- Please review and retain your original bi-weekly pay stubs for a sufficient period of time. It is imperative that employees determine their deductions and gross pay are appropriate and accurate. In addition, these original pay stubs are typically requested by banking institutions and other third parties that require to verify income, residency, and/or tax information. While reprinting can be an emergency option, the format of the replicated pay stub does change and there is a loss of year-to-date data, which may impact the acceptance by applicable third parties
**NEW PAYROLL OPTIONS FOR TEACHERS**:
We are now offering three different payment plan options for WFT during open enrollment with forms available in Frontline Central (Payment Plan - Teachers) for the following school year.
You must choose your payment option during open enrollment.
1/21: Your annual salary is divided into 21 equal payments and distributed between September and June.
1/26: Your annual salary is divided into 26 equal payments and distributed between September and June. An additional "Balloon" payment worth 5 pays is processed on or before the last day of school.
1/26 C: Your annual salary is divided into 26 equal payments and distributed between September and August. This is where you receive a payroll year-round, through the summer, and no balloon is issued.
The 26 Continuous option is available beginning this September 2025 with a final payment made in August of 2026.
