NEW: Wellness Program (in Partnership with WellSpark Health)
Starting July 1, 2023, employees covered by the wethersfield medical plan will be required to participate in a wellness program which provides you with support to engage in important preventive services that allow for early detection and prevention of disease and illness. You (and your spouse, as applicable) will be required to complete certain gender and age specific basic preventive care examinations and screenings by June 30, 2024. This will allow you to avoid an increase to your medical premium in the following plan year (2024-2025).
