1. Work-Based Learning Startup Survey

This is the first step in getting to know you better and learn more about the opportunities you are providing for our students.


2. Employer Agreement

This form allows us to create a formal partnership with you. We strive for the best experience possible for both you and the student.

DURING THE EXPERIENCE

During the experience, we value our relationship and the feedback you provide to us. Your Work-Based Learning Coordinator will connect with you to set up a time to receive the information below.


Students need to provide a timesheet to their instructor for grading. They can use a hard copy provided here or you can supply us with a printed record from your time tracking database.


We value your feedback and ask that you and our students sit down and discuss the experience together. We are looking for an honest assessment so we can coach our students to succeed in this role and future opportunities. We ask that at least two evaluations be completed each semester. One at the midpoint and one at the end.
