Zen Club

Zen Club is a welcoming space for everyone to learn and practice yoga, meditation, and de-stressing techniques. Clear your mind, improve mind-body connection and find your balance. The club meets every Wednesday in Room 220 right after school.

Bring a towel or yoga mat.
