Math Team

Location: Room 502

Math Team meets at 2:20 p.m.  on Wednesdays.

Competitions are on the second Wednesday of the month between 2:15 - 6:00 p.m.  

All Date/Locations are subject to change:

• October  11, 2023  Avon- unless another school wants to host the first meet

• November 8, 2023 Newington

• December 6 or 13, 2023 Possibly Wolcott if not Avon on the 6

• January 10, 2024 Simsbury

• February 7 or 14, 2024 Possibly Berlin if not Avon on the 7

• March 6, 2024 Glastonbury

The Wethersfield High School Math Team is a member of the Capital Area Mathematics League (CAML) which comprises 24 schools in the Greater Hartford area. Monthly competitions, including both individual and team events in categories ranging from arithmetic to trigonometry, are held at local schools beginning in October. The team is open to all students.
