Computer Science Education Week (CSEdWeek) is an annual program dedicated to showing K-12 students the importance of computer science education. The Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer programming, designed to demystify code and show that anyone can learn. SDMS hosted opportunities for kids to explore code after school throughout the entire CSEdWeek,(STAY TUNED for 2018 days/times). Students had the opportunity to explore the basic concepts of programming through a variety of interactive tutorials and apps, and worked on projects including building their own interactive website and programming a robotic sphere.
